Creative Ireland Programme and RTÉ recognise that the entrant, the author of the image, retains full ownership of the copyright of the image.

By entering the competition, the parent/guardian of the entrant agrees that RTÉ is permitted to receive and publish the entrant’s personal submission data. Please refer to RTÉ’s Data Protection Policy here.

The parent/guardian of the participant warrants that the participant’s submission and all information they submit will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or any other rights of any third party and will not contain anything which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing or threatening.

On submitting artwork, the parent/guardian of each entrant hereby agrees that the Creative Ireland Programme and RTÉ may make any and all submissions available in their publications and on their websites and other media platforms, now or in the future. The parent/guardian of the participant grants the Creative Ireland Programme and RTÉ a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, display, publish, transmit, copy and edit the submission for such purposes.
