Paint-Splattered Mask
The paint splattered across the mask represents how crazy everything is in the world now because of Covid-19. The mask itself represents my hope that we will all get through this together by protecting each other. I drew a mask on white paper, then I cut the paper mask and discarded it. I laid the template over the canvas. I mixed the colours adding a bit of water. I lightly tapped the paintbrush splattering it all over the canvas. I removed the template to reveal the paint-splattered mask.
