I painted this picture in watercolours to depict the new normal in Ireland, where we are required to socially distance and stay 2 metres apart. I wanted to show how two friends, physically apart, are still able to meet up and enjoy each other's company, along with the beauty of nature around them which continues on despite all the restrictions imposed in Ireland over the last year.
