I took this picture of my sister, Vanessa, staring out a window during the lockdown of Spring 2020. She was taking a break from studying and looked a bit lonely, as she missed her friends and the college life in UCC, especially with the beautiful, sunny weather outside.
I thought the look on her face captured the mood of many young people at that time, away from their friends.
I used this picture as a reference for this drawing.
